Delivery/Shipping Policy

Delivery fee from our On-Line website is included in the case price. Your order will be delivered via UPS.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/ FPO addresses at this time.

You are responsible for entering correct and complete recipient address information. We will ship and UPS will attempt to deliver to the address exactly as you have provided it. Entry of incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise invalid addresses may result in delivery delay or failure, for which we cannot be responsible.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time for any order shipped via UPS service. Any request for a specific delivery time cannot be honored.

For Residential deliveries, please be aware that in the event that someone is not available to receive a shipment sent via UPS, your package will be left in a location deemed by the UPS driver to be secure, at their discretion. UPS may also choose to leave your package with a neighbor.

For Non-Residential UPS deliveries may be left in a receiving area of the business such as the front desk, security, reception or mail room etc.

In accordance with UPS policy, in certain instances or in certain areas, UPS may make the determination not to leave a package without a receiver signature, at their sole discretion. Please keep in mind that your recipient may also have previously opted to require signatures for all deliveries made by UPS to their location. In these instances, a signature will be required for delivery. This may delay the delivery of your order.

UPS deliveries are available Monday through Saturday, excluding certain holidays. Saturday Delivery may not be available in all areas.

We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems or delays resulting from of any of the shipping policies outlined above.

Tracking the Status of Your Order

You will receive an email with your UPS tracking #(s) when your order is prepared for shipment. Visit and enter the tracking #(s) to find your UPS delivery status.

Sales Tax Policy

There are no state sales tax on On-Line Orders from Store orders are subject to the taxes of the state/area in which Liv Organic is sold.

Cancellation/Change Policy

Call (1-302-436-6430) or email within 24 hrs of placing your On-Line order with any request to change or cancellation.

Return/Refund Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any non-prescription item shipped by LIV-Organic, keeping the following in mind:

  • You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Bulk order sales are final. If you believe your returns request should be assessed beyond our listed return policy for bulk orders (i.e. for damages, defects, etc.), please contact customer care (1-302-436-6430) for further assistance.

Return Shipping and Processing

If you still have the box your order arrived in, it should be sufficient in order to make sure that your returned items arrive back at our distribution centre undamaged. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit. Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.

We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee of $4.99 will apply. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns over $200.

We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.
