Dear Bill,

My wife and I have enjoyed the drink very much over the past 30 days. I have shared it with a few friends and I wanted to pass on our feed back.

Being a diabetic it is very hard to find a sport drink that does not have high fructose corn syrup, so to that end I rarely get to enjoy them. I can verify your findings of a low glycemic index. As we discussed I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic and I have been for over 30 years. I have worn an insulin pump for 12 years and for the past 5 years I have used a glucose sensor to help me stay in the best possible range of control. I tried the LIV Organic drink while wearing the sensor and I can attest to the fact that my blood sugars did NOT spike. My favorite flavor was the Lemon followed the Berry.

My wife enjoyed the drink very much and took it to work with her to share with co-workers. She enjoyed the drink because it remaindered her of tea, which she drinks often. Again most of the bottled teas all contain high amounts of sugar and while she is training for a 10k, those drinks with high fructose corn syrup make her insulin levels spike and then crash which in turns makes her feel bad for the rest of the day.

We think the drink is great, you can drink it often and not get tired of it. I found myself almost craving one after a hard work out!

All the Best,

Great tasting all natural drink with NO aftertaste. My favorite is the berry. My husband said it’s perfect after a hot day of golf. Gatorade was overkill so he used to mix it with half water. Now he can drink LIV and gets the added benefit of no artificial ingredients or sweeteners.
